Who We Are
The Orangeburg S.P.C.A. Maude Schiffley Chapter is a no-kill, non-profit adoption center which provides care for sheltered dogs and cats.
We facilitate the placement of adoptive animals in nurturing, responsible homes; reduce pet over-population through spaying and neutering; and offer various education opportunities to the public!
