Our mission is to promote the humane treatment of animals and to find forever homes for every pet in our care. We strive to provide comprehensive care for each animal, including medical treatment, behavioral rehabilitation, and socialization. Our dedicated staff and volunteers are passionate about animal welfare and work tirelessly to give every dog and cat that comes through our doors the best chance at finding a loving family. Who We Are
The Orangeburg S.P.C.A. Maude Schiffley Chapter, established in 1957, is a no-kill, non-profit adoption center which provides care for sheltered dogs and cats.
We facilitate the placement of adoptive animals in nurturing, responsible homes; reduce pet over-population through spaying and neutering; and offer various education opportunities to the public!
