Meet Stevie
Domestic Short Hair (short coat)
Small Young Female (spayed)
Meow, I’m Stevie and I’m a curious feline with a touch of sass. You may have heard of me, I was named after the fabulous Stevie from Schitt’s Creek. Just like my namesake, I may come across as a bit salty at first, but trust me, I just like to take my time getting to know new folks. Don’t get me wrong, I love to play and I’ve got plenty of energy to spare. I love chasing after toys and playing with laser pointers, but I also have a soft side. When I’m not being my feisty self, you’ll find me snuggled up in a sunny spot taking a cat nap. I may not be a fan of instant affection, but once I’ve warmed up to you, I’ll be your loyal and loving companion.
I have a strong personality, but I also know when it's time to be gentle and sweet. So, if you're looking for a feline friend who's got a bit of sass and plenty of love to give, look no further! I'm ready to find my forever home and start a new adventure. Are you ready to take on a feisty and loveable cat like me?
Stevie has been spayed and is looking for her forever home. The adoption fee includes age appropriate vaccinations and wormings, spay or neuter surgery, Frontline application, collar, ID tag and a cardboard pet taxi.

How To Adopt
Adoption Requirements
The biggest requirement is that you are emotionally and financially ready to take care of and LOVE your new pet. You need a picture ID and if you are an apartment dweller you need to verify with your landlord that your pet is approved. Before leaving with your pet we will need to verify with your chosen veterinarian that an appointment has been made. We want to do everything possible to insure that the animals in our care transition to a caring environment.
- State or Government issued ID
- Minimum age of 21
- Verifiable veterinarian
- Pet must live inside
- Fenced yard is a plus
- Home check if there are any questions
What are the adoption fees?
Cats/Kittens – $125 and up
Puppies – $215 and up
Dogs – $200 and up
* Fees vary based on age and desirability of the specific dog or cat.
Why are there adoption fees?
The adoption fee includes the cost of spay/neuter surgery and a rabies vaccination for your new pet. To ensure your pet’s overall health and well-being, we require a visit with your own veterinarian for a check-up and any additional vaccinations that may be needed. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the support of our community through adoption fees, donations, and bequests to continue our mission of providing care for homeless animals and promoting spay/neuter programs for dogs and cats.
