The Shelter is located at 225 Ruf Road. This is off the St. Matthews Road (behind the DSS Building). Shelter operating hours are: Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM. Closed on most County holidays. The first and third Saturday of every month is Adoption Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm. Appointments can be made for the second and fourth Saturday by calling: 803-536-3918.
